Our adult programs integrate high-intensity workouts with practical fighting techniques, ensuring that you are always prepared to protect yourself. As you get fitter, you’ll find yourself more confident and capable in handling any situation.
Our striking classes focus on powerful and efficient techniques from kickboxing, boxing, and Muay Thai, teaching you how to deliver effective punches, kicks, and strikes. Classes include a combination of shadow boxing, hitting pads, hitting bags, and working with a partner. Students use gloves, shin pads, and mouth pieces.
Our jiu-jitsu classes emphasize grappling, submissions, and ground defense. These are all nogi jiu jitsu and taught by Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belts. The class includes learning techniques and live rolling (sparring).
Our adult program include striking classes, because almost every fight starts on the feet. Learn from boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai how to effectively punch, kick, and defend. Complementing this, our jiu jitsu classes emphasize grappling, submissions, and ground defense, ensuring you are well-rounded and prepared for any scenario.

The journey to black belt is an individual one. Everyone can progress at a different pace, and it will depend how often you train.
Absolutely. We hold our women to the same standards as our men. While there is a lot of physical contact involved in our classes, we have a respectful atmosphere and do not tolerate anything else. We have women instructors and love building up women.
