The problem? A real situation doesn't follow the rules of any single sport. It starts standing, ends on the ground, involves strikes, grabs, and sometimes weapons — all in under thirty seconds.
That's why we built the 360 System: a single, integrated method of self-defense rooted in Krav Maga and reinforced with the most effective elements of Dutch kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

The Israeli military system gives the 360 method its philosophy: direct, practical, no wasted motion. Defenses against grabs, chokes, weapons, and multiple attackers — the situations that actually happen.
When Krav Maga calls for a strike, we want it to land with real power. Dutch kickboxing gives our students the punches, kicks, and footwork that hold up under pressure.

Week 1
You'll learn the four core strikes, the basic stance, and how we move. No sparring. No pressure. You'll be sore.
Week 2
You'll start drilling combinations and your first self-defense scenarios. Light contact only. You'll start to feel the rhythm.
Week 3
You'll do your first round of light sparring. You'll get tapped. You'll tap someone. Something will click.
Week 4
You'll feel different. Walking into a parking lot. Sitting in a restaurant. Your family will notice before you do.
We run adult classes morning, midday, and evening. Whether you're working from home, running your own business, or grinding a 9-to-5, there's a class that fits.

You'll train under Alan Predolin — founder of 360 Krav Maga, US and Italian Army veteran (82nd Airborne), BJJ Black Belt under Leo Vieira, Muay Thai Kru, former Director of Krav Maga Global. Twenty-plus years of teaching adults exactly like you.
Alongside Alan, you'll work with Candace Predolin (former police officer, former arrest and control instructor, 2nd Degree Black Belt) and a coaching team with military, law enforcement, and competitive backgrounds.

Yes. We modify everything. Tell your coach about your injury on day one, and we'll show you the alternative movements. You'll still get the workout, still learn the technique, just without the aggravation. Many of our students started with injuries and got stronger because of training, not despite it.
