Privacy Policy.

Your information. Your choices.

What this policy covers

360 Krav Maga Academy respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information through 360kravmaga.com, our Facebook and Instagram lead forms, in-person sign-ups, and academy services. Privacy questions are always welcome at longbeach@360kravmaga.com.

Information we collect

  • Contact details: your name, phone number, and email when you submit a website or Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead form, contact us, or sign up in person.
  • Information parents provide: a child’s first name, age, and program, such as Lil Dragons, Juniors 8–12, or Teens 12–17. Parents or guardians provide this information.
  • Membership records: membership details, attendance, and billing information managed through Spark Membership. Our payment processor handles payments; we do not store full payment card numbers.
  • Website activity: basic information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, and interactions with our site, collected through cookies, logs, or analytics tools when used.
  • Photos and videos: images recorded in class. We use these for social media and marketing only with the member’s permission or, for a minor, a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

How we use information

  • Reply to inquiries, book intro classes, manage waitlists, and send program information.
  • Send class updates, schedule changes, reminders, and—with appropriate consent—promotions by text or email.
  • Run memberships, process billing, and track attendance.
  • Improve our website, programs, and advertising.
  • Keep records, protect our business and members, and meet legal requirements.

Text messages (SMS)

When you submit a form with your phone number and agree to its text-message consent notice, you agree to receive texts from 360 Krav Maga Academy about your inquiry, classes, schedules, promotions, and reminders. Where required, we obtain separate express consent for automated marketing texts. Providing a phone number alone does not replace any consent required by law.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. You can also contact us at (562) 501-4803 or by email. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, or text-message consent data with third parties for their own marketing. Providers that deliver messages for us may process this information only to support our messaging services.

Emails and your choices

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in the email, or ask us at longbeach@360kravmaga.com. We may still send necessary membership, billing, or service messages. You may update your contact information or communication preferences by contacting us.

When we share information

We never sell personal information. We disclose information only to providers that help us run the academy, such as Spark Membership, payment processors, website hosting providers, email and text tools, and automation tools that move form leads into our system, or when required by law.

These providers receive information needed for their services. We do not give them permission to use your contact details for their own marketing. If we use advertising tools that involve additional data sharing, the next section explains what that can mean.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Our site and embedded services may use cookies or similar technologies to function, understand visits, and improve your experience. Embedded YouTube videos, maps, and forms may also collect information under their providers’ privacy policies.

If we use the Meta Pixel for advertising, it may send Meta information about visits and actions on our website to measure ads or show more relevant ads. Advertising providers may collect activity over time and across different websites. Under California law, some advertising disclosures can count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising even when no money changes hands. Our promise not to sell personal information does not mean these tools never involve legally defined sharing.

You can manage cookies in your browser and advertising preferences through the relevant provider. Blocking cookies may affect some features. To request an opt-out of sale or sharing, email us at longbeach@360kravmaga.com. Where applicable law requires it, valid Global Privacy Control signals must also be honored. Our site does not currently change its behavior in response to the older “Do Not Track” browser signal.

California privacy rights

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), depending on whether those laws apply to the business and the request. These include the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information collected about you, its sources, purposes, and recipients.
  • Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information.
  • Limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
  • Exercise your rights without unlawful discrimination.

To make a request, email longbeach@360kravmaga.com or call (562) 501-4803. Tell us what you are requesting and how we can reach you. We may need to verify your identity before providing, correcting, or deleting records. An authorized agent may submit a request with appropriate proof of permission. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any exception that prevents us from fulfilling a request.

Consistent with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), this policy explains our collection practices, choices, tracking practices, and how we announce changes. You can request changes to your information using the contact details above.

Children’s privacy

Our website and online forms are intended for adults, including parents and guardians arranging training for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Information about younger students comes from their parent or guardian.

If you believe a child under 13 submitted information directly to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate. Parents and guardians can also ask to review, correct, or delete information they provided about their child, subject to necessary recordkeeping requirements.

Photos and videos

We use class photos or videos for social media and marketing only with the member’s permission or, for a minor, a parent’s or guardian’s permission. You can ask us to stop future marketing use or request removal from channels we control by emailing us. We cannot guarantee removal of copies already shared by others or printed materials already distributed.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including responding to inquiries, maintaining memberships and consent records, resolving disputes, and meeting tax, billing, or other legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and our relationship with you. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it no longer identify you, subject to normal backup cycles.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information and limit access to people and providers who need it for their work. No website, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date at the top. For material changes, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
